Per my attorney and several forums i researched a second FP Is generally sent when your case is about ready to be approved and normally a good sign as they can approve GC and ask for FP after that before sending you cards. However in one forum i found someone posted a DHS release from 2007 describing the FP data is switched to digital storage in a system called BSS and will remain valid for 75 years, thus one theory says that if your first FP was done digitally you may not need second FO and IO can access the results of first FP and approve. But who knows what is true, all of these are speculations.
I have not got second FP notice either and my first and only FP happened in Nov 2007.
I got a 2nd FP notice for 485. I will be current next month. I also applied for AP last month, which got approved yesterday. Not sure if AP application triggerred the FP notice or if there is a chance I can get approved next month??

Health Care professionals have greater lobby power and resource and are backed by their Industry as well. Well, this does not translate directly into any benefit for EB3, but might help few nurse get off the queue. But demand in this sector is also high.
General EB3 !!! seems to be in a pathetic state at least based on today's public data available !!

assuming you have done everything for registration of the company... you are all set... no other formalities. you may want to write bye-laws of the company if you wish to pursue vc funding or partners... other than that you should be good..
if you are a new company, very likely that you got a credit card that is backed by your personal credit... thats somethign to take care off.
After incorporating the company in one of the states. What are the next important things one as a owner of the company needs to take care of especially if it is in IT product development area ( ofcourse including consulting but not purely comparable to predominent desi consultancy services)
Specifically in the following category:
1. If you are selling IT software products and services, what are the legal necessary formalities one needs to take care of?

Please shut your mouth. You do not know and feel what we are going thru (PBEC victim). As a member of this community, and have contibuted monetary support, I too, would like to have the problem in PBEC be heard.
There is only one thing I suggest, please do not have this guy "prolegalimmi" speak in front of the congressman.
With all due respect to your point of view without being rude, I am a BEC victim from April 2001. I have been waiting to get my Labor Certification from April of 2001. Till date, I know it may be in one of the BECs if it wasn't lost in transit. I was not able to obtain a screen shot nor do I have a 45 day letter. Still I say, when setting priorities, set it on what can be accomplished in the next two weeks, I agree with you in using the IVs opportunity to speak to bring all issues. But definitely not agree with your tone of voice. IV has clearly stated in its media relations page that members that have no respect to opinions and have no decency in their language can be taken out or censored.

I agree with your suggestion, but for attorney change, do you think any bad effects? Someone told me judge and jury might question why you change attorney? We already move out that place, so no chance to contact them. Also in terms of the law, we can't access witness.

And any offer that your lawyer brings you is trying to resolve the case, You are the one who should decide whether this case goes to trial or not.
Past peeing incidences, where the neighbours heard screams should be kept in mind.
And finally, take English lessons, dude, your written English too is very poor.
You can actually submit this as a proof that you were misinterpreted, if this goes to a Jury trial.
Also, please Delete any proof of the incidence, including the one posted here. No one shold be seeing the 100% truth, your 100% truth is scary.

Agree on ur second point, however I was surprised with the context that "ok lets see how much we can buy the MS course and how soon can i finish it" as supposed to it will be great to do MS and lets see how I can furtherey ar my career with an added benefit of getting C in case of GC process.

How can some one further their career if they cannot take a higher qualification job because of AC21 constraints. MS or not i am sure that these people are qualified for better jobs, but they cannot advance their career because of lack of green card. To rectify that situation they are planning to do MS. So they are planning to do MS to further their career as you suggested which according to you is the right and moral way. I don't see any reason for surprise

Guys who r going 2 get married after August 17th and have their PD after Dec 2006 and have atleast 2 years of H1-B period left!!Y apply 485 now and wait for atleast 3 to 4 years to apply your spouses. The way I see it you can only apply your spouse's 485 when the PD becomes current again!!Instead y not wait 3 to 4 years and apply simultaneously!!Atleast give the guys who have older PD's a break!!

I have read Gandhi's autobiography. He clearly explains that he first tried and succeeded using his manthra of passive resistance in South Africa against appalling treatment of Indian workers. They were on 'H1B' in South Africa and were treated worse than stray dogs. Gandhi fought against that and had some success.
So the idea of passive resistance DOES work in a foreign land. We are fighting against injustice. Even H1B folks have some fundamental human rights, whether we are in a foreign country or not.

If we need to facilitate our provisions, this is what we need to do rather than sending any email or calls. They will have 0% effect at this time. Infact anyone sending emails from a junk email ID without revealing their name, phone number and home address in the email is wasting their energy and hurting themselves and others in this community. Lawmakers want to hear from their constituents and you need to be a real person. An office should be able to contact you and know you have a legitimate concern in their constituency. You should urge others not to undertake such misguided attempts of spamming lawmaker offices and follow a proper process instead. Ask people on other websites who are sending random emails to come to IV and join our advocacy effort. Yes, I got a CD from USCIS with all my I-140. I requested for copy of I-140 approval notice corresponding to I-140 tracking number SRC.XXXXXXXXXXX. This is the same number I got from my employer for online tracking on USCIS website. It took over 4 months. I submitted this as soon as got approval on my I-140. If you dont have the tracking number, you may try to get your A# from employer or attorney. You can use the same reason that you are changing address or that you need it for visa stamping. I believe they ask for A# in visa interview form.
I have heard that few people got the tracking number using Infopass. Not sure how. I would suggest, that do not delay. Submit the FOIA form with whatever info you have. They might be able to pull your records based on the SSN# or I-94# etc. No harm in trying. I didnt had A#, so I left it blank.
